A renewal inspection was conducted with the provider and one assistant, 11 children were in care total of 27 points. The children were observed during free play and group time, The provider was also taking holiday pictures of the children. The age range of the children was eight months to four years old. The provider has completed 16 hours of training and all required paper work was posted. The inspection time was 9:45am to 11:30am
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-A Description: Based on review of seven children's records not all had a file. Evidence: Child A did not have a file. Today is the first day of care. Plan of Correction: I will have the parent pick up the child. I will not accept any children with out a file.
Standard #: 22VAC40-191-40-D-5-a Description: Based on review of four house hold members record not all had a search of central registry within 30 days of a person in the home becoming 14 years old. Evidence: Household member A turned 14 years old in June of 2018. Plan of Correction: I sent a check the first week of November 2018
