Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was provided regarding the following: Annual trainings, outdoor equipment, small appliances.

An announced initial inspection was conducted from10:30am to 11:50am. There were no children in care during this inspection. A complete walk through of the family day home was conducted including the outdoor space. Emergency supplies, first aid kit, caregiver and household member records, emergency postings, evacuation map and diaper changing procedures were reviewed. The provider had an ample supply of toys, art materials and board games for the children to use. Areas of non compliance are listed in the violation notice. Description: Based on record review, the family day home did not have a written emergency preparedness and response plan. Evidence: The provider did not have a complete written emergency preparedness and response plan.
