Renewal application has not been received as of the day of the inspection. Consulted on FDH application, forms for attendance reflecting actual children present in real time and subsidy. The provider is not a subsidy participant and does not have a swipe machine.
A renewal inspection was conducted today from 3:10-4:15. Reviewed a sample of children's files, all household members and caregivers. Emergency preparation is current for first aid and CPR, drills, updated written emergency plan and supplies. Snack/dinner served today bacon, egg and tomato sandwich on an English muffin. Space for day care uses the kitchen, back sun room and outside. Children are picked up from local elementary school for care.
