The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection from 10:00am - 12:00pm. There were eight children in care for a total of 18 points with two caregivers. The children were observed playing with blocks, watching cartoons, during lunch and preparing for naps. Three caregiver's records and five children's records were reviewed. Compliance for standards 500C and 500D could not be determined today because of the ice and snow. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice. If you have any questions, please contact your licensing inspector at (276) 608-3758. Thank you for your cooperation.
