An unannounced mandated Renewal inspection during the Conditional Licensure period was conducted today from 10:30 to 12:15pm. There were 6 children (19 points) and 2 caregivers were present. Children were observed having morning snack with milk, playing with playdoh, building a train, riding toys, reading books, playing with circus animals and dancing to music. Reviewed 2 children's files, 2 staff files, and 5 household members files, emergency evacuation, menues, attendance sheets, and physical plant. Violations previously cited were abated. There were no violations of the Standards observed during this inspection.
