A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 2/6/19 from 11:30 am until 1:30 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of the inspection one child was present with the provider. No other members of the household were present. The sample size consisted of five children's records and a review of three adult records. The child and provider were observed during hand washing, lunch, free play, story time, transitions, and behavioral management. Nap time procedures were discussed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. If you have questions or concerns contact the licensing inspector at (540) 292-5933 for further assistance.
