Upon the inspector's arrival four children were in care and playing with toy cars, in the playhouse and with puzzles. A value of 9 point was calculated for all four children with one provider. Later children sat with the provider and sang the song "five little ducks". Hand washing was conducted before lunch and lunch was observed. Today's lunch consisted of salisbury steak, peas, oranges, bread and milk. The main area used for child care was inspected. The outdoor play area was not inspected due to inclement weather. The family day home is equipped with supplies and age appropriate materials. The provider had the following posted: emergency phone numbers, menu, attendance, last inspection notice and the license.
