An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the provider. The inspection started at 10:00am and concluded at 11:45am. There were 10 children (31 points) present with 2 caregivers. The children were observed practicing yoga, playing with floor toys, looking at picture books, singing and playing together in small groups. The children were also observed during hand washing and lunch. Lunch consisted of pasta, carrots, peas, pears and milk. Positive interactions were observed between children and both caregivers. An inspection of the physical plant, provider and assistant records, household member records, emergency supplies, evacuation records, menu's, crib records and attendance records was completed.
