Central Registry search results will be emailed to the Provider. Your license expires in July 2019. Please submit your renewal application prior to the expiration date.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 8 children (22pts) with Provider and assistant present. When the inspector arrived, Provider and staff were interacting with all 8 children, playing on the floor and singing and dancing to songs. A nice transition to playing with balls and large legos was made in order to keep the children's attention. Clean up was observed and the older children transitioned to table top activity of bingo. The two younger children were engaging with the assistant on the floor while playing with toys. Positive interaction observed. The crib room, diapering area, bathroom and programming area was observed and determined in compliance. No medications or food allergies at this time. A total of 6 children's records and all staff records were reviewed today. Previous violation from the August inspection was reviewed and corrective action was verified. Standard #: 22VAC40-191-60-C-2 Description: Based on staff record review, one background check was not completed. Evidence: Staff #2 was hired on 8/20/2019. No Central Registry search was requested to date. Plan of Correction: Provider thought the fingerprint search included the central registry search. Staff will complete the background search immediately.
