Comments:
Today an unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the Provider. This visit took place in the morning between 11:00am-12:30pm. There were10 children present with the Provider and 2 assistants for a total of 36 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed having circle time, being fed bottles, napping, playing with toys, washing their hands for lunch and engaging in other organized activities. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, playground, 4 children's records, 4 caregiver/household member records, evacuation drills, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection.
