A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today frm 11:00am-2:30pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 10 children [25 points] were present with caregivers. A sample of 6 children's records, 1 household member records, 3 caregiver records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, medications and outdoor play equipment were inspected/reviewed. Children were observed during various play activities, storytime, handwashing, lunch and transitions to naptime. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
