Discussed new subsidy changes.
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 3/11/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:15pm-2:15pm. There were 3 children (7 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 2 staff records, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely, watching educational videos, eating snack, and napping. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Please send questions regarding this new requirement to firstname.lastname@example.org . If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact Maria Soto at 571-835-5058 or email@example.com
