- Technical Assistance:
Discussed tight fitting sheets for cribs. Discussed the health exam form. You are reminded that if the State health exam form used by public schools is not completed, any other health exam must include all required information on the public school form.
An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted this date. A total of 9 children with Provider and 1 assistant present during the inspection. When the inspector arrived, children were preparing for lunch. Children were observed in high chairs and sitting at the table. Lunch was provided. Lunch today was pasta with vegetables. Children were having quiet conversation with each while eating. Bathroom procedures and hand washing procedures were observed. Sanitization of high chairs was observed. Positive interaction was observed between staff and children. No medications and no food allergies at this time. All staff and household member records were reviewed and 5 children's records were reviewed. Recordation well organized and maintained and found complete.
