Only subsidy requirements that were not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and were identified on the violation notice. If you should have any questions, please call or e-mail. Thank you. Charlie Perkins, Licensing Inspector (703) 309-3963
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-400-B-7 Description: Based on review of the Emergency Preparedness & Response Plan (EP&RP) the Family Day Home (FDH) does not have written procedures in place with regards to the continuity of operations in order to ensure that essential functions were maintained during an emergency. Evidence - 1. On the date of inspection (03/26/2019), the FDH EP&RP posted on the parent bulletin board was reviewed. 2. It was determined that this plan did not include procedures to address how essential functions will be maintained during an emergency. Plan of Correction: These procedures will be added to the EP&RP with regards to: food, water, medication, bathroom, and weather.
