An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 4, 2019 from 12:40pm until 1:30pm. Upon arrival to the home, there were 11 children present with three staff members. The children were observed participating in age appropriate activities and napping. A sample of 5 children's records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The licensing inspector toured the home and reviewed supervision, emergency supplies, practice drills, nutrition, physical plant, required postings, and administration. An exit meeting was conducted with the provider prior to the end of the inspection. There were no violations cited.
