Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed today. The physical plant, 4 caregiver/household member files, 5 children's files, caregiver training, child nutrition, children's activities, medications, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected between 11:50am-1:10pm. There were 11 children, totaling 27 points, under the supervision of 3 caregivers. During the inspection, children were observed eating lunch, cleaning up for naptime, having diapers changed, enjoying free play and taking naps. The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Today, the children were served tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, apples and milk. The Provider is currently certified in MAT (medication administration training). Should you have any questions, please contact me at mary.wizbicki@dss.virginia.gov
