Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today between 11:50am-1:10pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 11 children under the supervision of 3 staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. There are no children receiving subsidy at this time. Description: Based on file review, 1 caregiver has not completed the Virginia Pre-Service Training for Child Care Staff within 90 days. Evidence 1. Caregiver #3 has not completed this training.
