- Technical Assistance:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 from 11:15pm to 12:45pm. The children were observed playing with toys, cleaning up, and doing music and movement. Today, there were five children including one resident child, totaling 11 points, present with two caregivers. The provider does not administer medication. The provider does not provide transportation. The provider does not have pets. Five children?s records, two caregivers? records and two household records were reviewed during the inspection. Last emergency drill: 3/11/2019 Last shelter-in-place drill: 3/19/2019 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-780-B Description: Based on a review of children's records on 04/02/2019, the provider did not ensure that annually a review with the parent of the emergency contact information is conducted to ensure the information is correct. EVIDENCE: 1. The most recent update in record of Child #3 is dated 02/02/2018. 2. The most recent update in record of Child #4 is dated 02/27/2018. Plan of Correction: Will get parents to do today.
