Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 11:20am-12:40pm. There were 10 children (28 points) in the direct care of the Provider and 2 assistant caregivers. The first aid kit, evacuation drills, 4 children's records, 4 caregiver/household member records, emergency materials, and daily attendance were all reviewed. The Provider is MAT trained and there were no medications on-site. The day care space was organized and there was an abundance of age appropriate toys and materials available to the children.
