Discussed with provider systems to keep records up to date, and online training classes.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 4 children present (10 points) with one provider. 4 children's records were reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. Children were observed playing with toys, cleaning up and preparing for lunch. First aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, fridge temperature are all in compliance.
