Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector discussed child abuse and neglect training, changing, Attendance and children's records with provider.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 9:30am-10:40am. There were 8 children(25 points) directly supervised by 2 caregivers. A sample of 4 children?s, 2 caregivers records and 1 household member's record were reviewed. The children were observed singing, dancing, doing puzzles, and learning to walk. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. There were no violations founded during this inspection. The exit interview was conducted with the provider.
