Comments:
An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:30 am to 12:30pm. There were 6 children in care (20 points) with 2 caregivers. Children were observed playing outside on the front porch, sleeping, playing with manipulatives and stuffed animals. Reviewed 4 children's files, attendance, emergency evacuation log, menu, physical plant. Violations cited at last inspection were reviewed for compliance, and abated. Description: Based on observation, potentially poisonous substances are not stored inaccessible to children. Evidence: Plant care chemicals, and pesticides were stored on a table on the front porch accessible to children.

Plan of Correction: I will put them away from kids area
