There were 7 children in care with one provider supervising at all times. The children were observed napping, during rest time, coloring and playing. Two provider records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements.
