Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 4/16/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 2 children (2 points) in care of 1 caregiver. The children were observed watching television and singing songs. There were no medications on site. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Description: Based on staff interview, the provider did not incorporate the continuity plan to the family day home's emergency plan. Evidence: The provider stated that she had not prepared a continuity plan.
