Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:45pm-2:15pm. There were 4 school age children (8 points) directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 staff record, 4 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed eating lunch, interacting with the provider, washing hands and watching television. The provider practices a bilingual program and teaches the children Spanish and English while in care. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
