Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 04/09/2019 from 10:55am to 2:30pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were no children in care during today's inspection. An interview was held with the caregiver throughout the inspection. The provider does not administer medication. The provider does not provide transportation. The provider does not have a pet. Five children?s records, and one caregiver record was reviewed during the inspection. Last emergency drill: 03/01/2019 Last shelter-in-place drill: 01/28/2019 Last lockdown drill: 1/2019 A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. One violation of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements was found.
