The new subsidy requirements that became effective on 10/17/2018 were also reviewed. A copy of the letter dated 10/16/2018 detailing the new subsidy standards along with a summary list of subsidy standards that the FDH will have to follow was reviewed and discussed with the Provider by the Licensing Inspector.
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted at the Yasin FDH located in Ashburn, Virginia. This inspection was conducted on 04/24/2019, between the hours of 9 am through 11:30 am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An Unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that were not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. If you should have any future questions, please call or send an e-mail. Thank you.
