A unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider and one assistant. There were nine children in care the age range of the children was six months to five years old, Total of 25 points. Children were resting during the inspection. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-280 Description: Based on observation not all potentially poisonous substances were stored inaccessible to the children. Evidence: In the infant room there was Saxon dry ease board cleaner and had sanitizer stored on a shelf accessible to the children. All with keep out of the reach of children warning label. Plan of Correction: Removed during the inpsection.
