Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:30am- 11:45am. Upon arrival there were 6 children in care, totaling 11 points with 1 caregiver. All six children's records were reviewed in addition to the caregiver's record. There was one child in care with medication; both were reviewed. Children were observed playing with toys in the day care room and watching television in the sitting room in the front of the home.

Description:	Based on observation and interview the licensee did not ensure all requirements for posting menus were met. Evidence: The menu posted in the daycare listed the children eating, turkey meatballs, cheese crackers, corn and asparagus. The licensee stated she was making macaroni and cheese with turkey meatballs asparagus and corn. The macaroni and cheese was not listed on the menu.
