The licensing inspector conducted unannounced mandated monitoring inspection from 10:40 until noon. There was one child who was observed watching a video, eating a snack, and playing with her doll. Provider records,pet and child records were reviewed. No medications are being administered. There was one violation from today's inspection which is identified on the violation notice. Please call your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.

Standard #: 22VAC40-191-40-D-5-a Description: Based on record review and interview, the family did not have all the required central registry checks. Evidence: 1. The inspector reviewed provider records, and a household member had turned 14 2/15/2019 and a central registry had not been completed. Plan of Correction: Provider will get the paperwork completed and let the inspector know when it has been completed.
