Comments:
Licensing inspector arrived at 12:23pm and departed at 2:15pm to conducted a Subsidy health and safety inspection . Upon arrival there was 4 children in care ( 10 points) and one staff present. The caregiver arrived five minutes later to the home. The sample size consisted of four children records and 1 staff record. Children were observed taking a nap, eating, watching T.V. and freely playing.

Description: Based on staff interview, the licensee did not ensure Continuity of operations procedures to ensure that essential functions were in emergency plan. Evidence : During the inspection conducted on April 10, 2019, staff #1 confirmed the continuity of operations procedures to ensure that essential functions were not added in emergency plan.
