A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 05/02/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 11 children, ages 11 months-5 years, totaling 21 points in the care of 1 provider and 2 assistant caregivers. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records, 1 provider record and 2 assistant caregiver's records during the inspection. The provider stated that medication is not administered. The children were observed in the following activities: free/choice play and having a morning snack. Proper diapering procedures were also observed during the inspection. The inspector reviewed the emergency preparedness plans and the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed recently recalled products with the provider. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
