An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:10pm-1:15pm. There were 12 children (30 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, having quiet activities on cots, and napping. Older children were observed doing quiet activities as they will not nap. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was a supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. An area of non-compliance is identified in the Violation Notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A Description: Based on record review, the provider did not obtain from each adult household member a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form every two years from the date of the most recent screening. Evidence: Household member 1 has a tuberculosis screening which was conducted on 2/1/17. Plan of Correction: The household member is aware and has an appointment scheduled to complete the screening.
