An unannounced focused inspection was conducted today from 12:45pm-1:45pm. 1 child [2 points] was present with the Provider. 1 child record, emergency drills, the menu, emergency plan and emergency supplies were inspected. Lunch, toileting and handwashing were observed. Areas of non-compliance are documented on the violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-760-A-1 Description: The first aid kit did not include the required supplies. Evidence: The first aid kit was missing 1 of 2 required triangular bandages. Plan of Correction: I will purchase another triangular bandage.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-90-A Description: Based on a review of records, 1 child's record did not include documentation of immunizations before the child's first date of attendance. Evidence: The record for Child #1 [date of enrollment: 4/22/2019] did not include an immunization record. Plan of Correction: I will request the information from the parent.
