Reminder that caregiver #1's TB test/screening needs to be completed before 5/16/19.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed today. The physical plant, 4 caregiver/household member files, 5 children's files, caregiver training, child nutrition, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected between 2:10-3:00pm. There were 7 children, totaling 15 points, under the supervision of 2 caregivers. Today, the children made Mother's Day crafts, walked to and played at the park, listened to story time (about the importance of teachers) and rested during naptime. The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Today, the children were served chicken, french fries, carrots, blueberries, grapes, bananas and milk. All of the prepared foods were cut into small pieces to suit the ages of the children. The Provider is not certified in MAT (medication administration training) and there are no children with any medication needs.
