A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 5/9/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 4 children present (16 points) with 2 caregivers. Children were observed having tummy time, playing in a bouncy, being bottle fed, and building with legos. Reviewed 3 children's files, 2 staff files, 3 resident files, menus, attendance, first aid kit, physical plant. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
