Comments:
An unannounced mandated Montitoring inspection was conducted today from 12:30pm to 2:00pm. There were 4 children (12 points) and 1 caregiver present. Children were observed napping, playing in an excer-saucer, playing with manipulatives, playing with peg boards, having diaper changed, hand washing, reading books by themselves and together with the Provider. Reviewed 2 children's files, 1 staff file, 3 resident files, attendance, emergency evacuation log, cribs, and physical plant. Violations of the Standards are recorded on the Violation Notice.
