An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 05/03/2019 regarding an allegation of inadequate supervision and injury documentation. Based on a review of written records, caregiver interviews and observation of home and outdoor play area this complaint is found to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this investigation.
