Inspector spoke with the provider about 22 VAC40-111-800 during this inspection.
- Comments:
-
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:00am to10:50am. At the time of inspector's arrival there were 8 children, ages 7-4yrs, for a total of 20 points, in care with the provider and the assistant. The records sample size consisted of 5 children's records and 3 provider / assistant/ household member records. Children were observed engaging in creative and outdoor play and interacting with the provider and the assistant provider. The provider stated that no medications are being administered and there have been no injuries since the last inspection. Areas of noncompliance are detailed in the violation notice and were discussed with the provider during the exit meeting at the conclusion of this inspection.
