A sample of 2 children's files and 4 staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, painting, bathroom breaks, handwashing and coloring. Interactions between the child and provider were positive. The site was clean, organized and contained an abundant supply of developmentally appropriate materials.
