Discussed with provider immunization records for children and attendance sheets.

An unannounced non mandated inspection was conducted today to assess the daily activities and care of children. The inspection was held from 1:35pm to 2:35 pm. There were 7 children (19 points) with 2 caregivers. The children were observed taking naps and waking up from nap time. Caregiver to child interactions were observed to be positive. Emergency drill records were current. There were no medications on site. No violations were cited during this inspection.
