Consultation was given on recalled Fisher Price baby rocker. A link to the CPSC web site and recall was forwarded to the provider.

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Ten children were present with three caregivers for twenty eight points which is within points for supervision. Children were observed transitioning from morning snack and free play. Reviewed a sample of children's records, emergency preparation, physical space, trainings and personnel records. All three caregivers have 20 hours of training as of the visit. Lunch to be served today will be chicken with vegetables, quinoa, fruit and milk. Bottles for all babies are labeled. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me.
