An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:30am-11:55am. There were 10 children (18 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, 5 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, building with blocks, listening and dancing to music, reading books, and playing in the play kitchen. Infants were observed crawling and having an opportunity to roam freely around the play space. Infants were observed being fed. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized.
