Technical Assistance:
Staff annual training will be reviewed at the next licensing inspection.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 9 children(15pts) were present with 2 staff. When the inspector arrived, provider was conducting a parent teacher conference while the assistant was preparing for the afternoon program. Children were observed arriving, hanging up their backpacks and jackets and selecting their names for the arrival board. The children broke up into small groups which consisted of free playing with wooden blacks, train table and legos. Another group were constructing things with magnetic blocks. A table top activity which consisted of insect stickers and discussion of insects. Medication, all staff and household records and 5 children's records were reviewed today and found complete. Staff were observed rotating around the program area to ensure appropriate supervision. Discussion on an upcoming field trip was held between parents as they arrived today.
