An Unannounced mandated Monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:30 to 12:45pm. There were 5 children (10 points) and 1 caregiver during this inspection. Children were on a walk to the park and creek when Inspector arrived. Children were observed playing with puzzles, reading books, playing with a ball, washing hands, setting the table and getting ready for lunch (ham/turkey sandwiches, mixed veggie and mixed fruit). Reviewed 5 children's files, 1 staff file, 4 resident's files, menu, attendance, emergency evacuation log, and physical plant.
