Comments:
Thank you for your time and assistance with the announced inspection conducted today, May 17, 2019. The purpose of the inspection was to observe and tour your home and yard before you begin care at this new location. The on-site inspection was from 3:00p.m. to 4:35p.m. There were no children in care. The home and outdoor play area were toured, and the required posted information was reviewed which included the daily schedule, emergency telephone numbers, the daily snack menu and the emergency evacuation diagram. The first aid kit, radio, flashlight, fire extinguisher, and smoke detectors were checked. Other areas reviewed/observed were the water temperature, refrigerator and freezer temperatures, the updated emergency preparedness plan, the physical environment, home maintenance, and play equipment and materials. There were no violations of the licensing standards issued during the inspection.
