An unannounced complaint was received involving allowing parents access to the day care at pick up time, the home's safety, communication with parents about a child's health, menu being posted or provided to parents , supervision of children, caregiver qualifications and record. An interview and observation was conducted and the complaint was determined to be invalid. The one violation is non-complaint related. Arrival time: 12: 35 pm Departure time: 1: 25 pm

Standard #: 22VAC40-80-120-E-2 Complaint related: No Description: Based on observation and an interview with the provider, it was determined that the findings of the most recent inspection ( dated 4/9/19) was not posted. Plan of Correction: I will post the most recent findings today.
