An unannounced renewal study was conducted today with the provider, who was present with an assistant and 12 children for total of 26 points. The children were in the process of practicing the procession for graduation. For lunch, the children were provided peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, carrots, celery, pears, apples and milk. There were no medication on site and there have been on injuries/accidents. Eight children and two adult files were reviewed and determined to be in compliance. Arrival time: 12:30 pm Departure time: 2 pm
