Consultation provided on the shelter in place location options and requirements for assistants and substitute providers.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the provider, who was present with 4 day care children and one residential child for a total of 10 points. The children were playing with play dough and engage in free play during the inspection. At the end of the inspection they were preparing for their snack which was to consist of hummus, pretzels, celery and water. There has been one new enrollee since the last inspection, four children's files were reviewed and determined to be complete. There were no medications on site for any of the children. There were no violations observed during this inspection. Arrival time: 2: 40 pms Departure time: 3: 35 pm
