A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 05/20/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 4 children, ages 23 months-3 year, totaling 9 points and one provider present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records, one provider record and one household member's record during the inspection. The provider stated that there is no medication being administered. The children were observed in the following activities: free choice activities, music and movement and during nap time. The inspector reviewed the required information for parents, emergency preparedness plans and the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed hiring a new assistant and background check requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 11:25 a.m. and departed at 1:15 p.m. If you have any questions, please contact Becky Forestier at 540-309-2835.
